Who are you?
I’m Emily. I graduated Rutgers University in the spring of 2007, with a BA in Women and Gender Studies and German Language and Literature. I live in Central Jersey, originally from St. Louis, Missouri.
How long have you been blogging?
I have had an online journal since about 1999, on Woohu.com. I have always wanted to write a blog, but never got around to starting one up. I also didn’t know what the topic would be. Recently, I have had a good amount of time on my hands (and this election has been insanity), and I wanted to have somewhere besides facebook to post articles, etc. that I find to be important/hilarious/interesting.
What do you blog about and why?
Basically, anything having to do with the following themes:
women
gender
feminism
sexuality
sexism
race
racism
white privilege
hip-hop
language
immigration
Germany
politics
basically, my blogroll says a lot about me.
